The world-famous Madison Symphony Orchestra is kicking off what is sure to be an incredible new season with outgoing Musical Director John DeMain. On Friday, January 19 at 7:30 p.m., with additional performances over Saturday and Sunday, Overture Center's Overture Hall will light up with the special itinerary "Mozart & Mahler: The Perfect Pair." You'll be treated to one of Mozart's greatest piano concertos along with Mahler's celebrated Fifth Symphony.

Ageless Artists is a multigenerational program of the Waunakee Senior Center where children work alongside local seniors on arts and crafts projects. This month's theme is "winter" and takes place Friday, January 19, at 12:30 p.m. at the Village Center near Waunakee homes for sale. Each family will complete a special art project for taking home to make memories that will last a lifetime. Ageless Artists is just $8 and all supplies are provided.
